We believe that following Jesus is best done within a community. By connecting with others who are also following Jesus, we learn more about what it means to live out our faith. At North Fresno Church, we have several types of groups where you can connect with others, wherever you are at in your faith journey.

Other groups at NFC have formed organically, around a common interest. Some groups that meet include: a quilting group every Wednesday morning, a reconciliation group once a month, musical worship groups, and men’s basketball groups. If you would like to know more about these groups, or start one of your own with others who share your passion, please let us know!

**Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic, many of NFC’s small groups are meeting in online settings.

Due to the current status of Covid-19 in our area, we have no groups meeting in-person. However, we have two groups meeting virtually on Wednesday evenings. Our Men’s Bible study group is currently studying the book of Proverbs, meeting from 6:30-8 p.m. And there is also a group meeting Wednesdays, 7-8 p.m. to discuss the book [Re]Union by Bruxy Cavey, tracking with our current sermon series, Messengers.

There will be a women’s group starting on March 3rd, studying the book of Ephesians with the help of Lenya Heitzig & Penny Rose’s book, Live Abundantly.

When current stay-at-home orders lift, we look forward to groups meeting outdoors, social-distancing and following NFC’s COVID-19 guidelines.

Life Groups are small groups committed learning, listening, serving, and encouraging each other as we follow Jesus TOGETHER! Most groups meet twice a month to discuss deeper issues of faith, build strong relationships, and care for their community.

As the current pandemic has made large corporate gatherings unsafe, we want to offer small, safe options in our neighborhoods to gather for worship.
